This Privacy Policy describes how Team W LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating MyMarketCoach.com, collects, uses, and protects your information.

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, business name, industry
  • Business data: marketing assets, social profiles, website URL, Google Business Profile data
  • Usage data: task completion, feature usage, AI coach conversations
  • Payment data: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Personalize your marketing tasks and recommendations
  • Power AI coaching with context about your business
  • Improve the Service and develop new features
  • Send transactional emails (task reminders, account updates)
  • Process payments

3. AI Data Usage

Your business data is used to generate personalized marketing tasks and AI coaching responses. We send relevant context to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your conversations are not shared with other users.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase: database and authentication
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Anthropic: AI-powered features
  • Resend: transactional email
  • Vercel: hosting

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security on all database tables, and AES-256-GCM encryption for OAuth tokens.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data (CSV export available in settings)
  • Opt out of marketing emails

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics are handled server-side.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
