MyMarketCoach ("the Service") is operated by Team W LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyMarketCoach is an AI-powered marketing coaching platform that provides daily marketing tasks, content generation, analytics tools, and coaching for small businesses. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier features are available without payment.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using our tools belongs to you. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Team W LLC. "MyMarketCoach" is a trademark of Team W LLC.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and guidance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Team W LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
